Wood
At Atelier Alexander Saenen we are specialized in offering natural wood frames. We have 6 different types of wood that we can offer in any requested custom profile.
Tray frames
Whether it is canvases, works on panel or Photographic prints on dibond. At Atelier Alexander we have a wide range of tray frames in both wood and aluminum
Aluminum
For a sleek modern finish we also offer aluminium frames. What sets our frames apart from others is that all our aluminium frames have a inside depth of 10mm, which also allows you to present floating works.
Joinery
A good frame starts with strong corners. Although all our frames are provided with a dovetail joint, there are many other options such as splines, lap joints,...
Stain and lacquer
Each of our wooden profiles can be completely colored to your liking. Both with stain that highlights the wood grain or with a lacquer that provides complete coverage
Conservation
To protect your artworks as best as possible, we use acid-free, conservation materials and reversible techniques.
Lead
Unique to Atelier Alexander Saenen are our handmade lead frames. Right down to lead passe-partouts
